We're confident that you'll be delighted with your Spice Hut purchase.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund of its purchase price. It's that simple.

How to Return an Item

Please return items as soon as possible.
Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip.
Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to:

If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the address above.
For your protection, please use UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Spice Hut.

Exchanges
Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.

If you have questions about your return, please contact us. Be sure to include the information in your packing slip in your correspondence.

Please note that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow at least three weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Discounts

Our System does not allow stacking of discounts. Only one discount can be used on an order at a time.  Some accessories are not eligible for discount. 

SHIPPING:

We generally will ship out an item, that is in stock, within 3 business days. 

We unfortunately can not guarantee a shipping delivery date. Shipping providers often have delays and any date given is only an estimate. 

Please note that this may be affected by weekends, holidays and weather. If you are ever concerned with the shipment of your package, please feel free to reach out to info@thespicehut.com to confirm the tracking details and get assistance in locating your shipment if you think it might be lost or stolen. 

International shipping:

Please be aware that you may receive custom and import fees from the shipping service which are your responsibility to pay.
