      1. Heat water to 175-180°F (not quite boiling).** A kettle with a temperature setting is ideal for green tea.
      2. Pour hot water over green tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz water) in a teapot or infuser.
      3. Cover and steep for 2-3 minutes. Green tea should not be over-steeped, as it can become bitter.
      4. Strain and enjoy! Green tea is traditionally enjoyed without milk or sugar.
      **Tips:**
      • For a milder cup, use less tea or a shorter steeping time.
