- Pour hot water over white tea leaves (1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz water) in a teapot or infuser.
- Cover and steep for 1-2 minutes. White tea should not be over-steeped, as it can become bitter. Shorter steeping times are recommended for a more delicate flavor.
