How to make a matcha latte:

Ingredients

• 1 tsp Peppermint Matcha or flavor of choice
• 2 tsp sugar or sugar alternative
• 3 tbsp warm water
• 3/4 cup hot milk, creamer or milk alternative.

How To Prepare:

> Spoon matcha and sugar into a mug or cup

> Add warm water and mix with a bamboo matcha whisk (available in our etsy shop) until it is a smooth dark green paste to ensure no lumps form.

> Warm milk in a small saucepan or teapot and pour it into the mug until nearly full. Use cold milk for an iced latte.

> For best results, use a whisk to mix the paste and milk together until smooth - all clumps should be gone.

If you so wish, you can add a few sprinkles of matcha powder on the top for decoration. Or add ice for an extra cold iced matcha latte!
