Rooibos Tea Brewing Instructions
Brew a comforting cup of rooibos tea with this simple method:
- Bring water to a boil (200°F).**
- Pour hot water over rooibos leaves (1 teaspoon per 6 oz water) in a teapot or infuser.
- Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on your desired strength. A longer steep will produce a stronger flavor.
- Strain and enjoy! Rooibos tea can be enjoyed hot or iced. You can add milk, honey, or a sweetener for additional flavor (optional).
- Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine-free, making it a great choice for any time of day.
