Yield: 4-6 servings
- 16 oz. penne pasta
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 cucumbers (chopped)
- 6 roma tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 tbsp. Spice Hut ® Red Pepper & Garlic
- Salt to taste
1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with remaining ingredients, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
