Yield: 4-5 servings
- 1 lb. large prawns (peeled)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Spice Hut ® Lemon Pepper
- 1 cup mushrooms (halved)
- 1 medium onion (cut into wedges)
- 1 red pepper (sliced thick)
- 1 green pepper (sliced thick)
- Bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
- Salt to taste
1. In large mixing bowl, toss prawns and vegetables with olive oil, salt to taste and Spice Hut ® Lemon Pepper until evenly coated.
2. Place prawns and vegetables onto soaked skewers, alternating veggie and meat.
3. Grill over medium heat, turning frequently, until prawns have cooked and vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. Remove from heat, and serve hot.
