Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cook Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 3-4 services

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 carrots (peeled and cubed)
  • 1 zucchini (cubed)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 14 oz. vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. Spice Hut ® Moroccan Seasoning
  • Salt to taste

 

1. Sauté onion and garlic until golden brown.

2. Add vegetables and Spice Hut ® Moroccan Seasoning and sauté another 5 minutes.

3. Add broth and water, cover and simmer, until vegetables are tender.

4. Add salt to taste.
