- 4 medium sweet potatoes (peeled & thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. Spice Hut ® Ras el Hanout
- Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 375° F. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss.
2. Arrange potato slices in single layer on a baking sheet or baking dish.
3. Place in oven on top rack and roast until tender and slightly browned, about 25-35 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
