Prep Time: 5 minutes, Cook Time: 30 minutes

Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

 

1. Preheat oven to 375° F. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss.

2. Arrange potato slices in single layer on a baking sheet or baking dish.

3. Place in oven on top rack and roast until tender and slightly browned, about 25-35 minutes.

4. Serve warm.
