Prep Time: 10 minutes, Cook Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes (peeled & cubed)
  • 1 cup frozen green peas
  • 2 large tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (minced)
  • 1½” ginger root (minced)
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp. Spice Hut ® Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste

 

1. Sauté onion and ginger in olive oil until golden brown.

2. Add tomatoes; cook until softened.

3. Add Spice Hut ® Garam Masala, turmeric, and salt to taste.

4. Cook another 3 - 4 minutes.

5. Add potatoes, peas and 2 cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes.

6. Cover and cook until potatoes are soft, stirring occasionally.

7. Serve hot with rice!
